Art and craft of any particular area demonstrate the inimitable unification of history and culture of the civilization.Crafts and art entrench in them the rich history through which the people progressed and fused to give in the premium beauty of their cultural life. It was a very eventful day at the Heritage Museum, Tollinton Market, with a number of stalls selling incredibly beautiful art and craft pieces attracting visitors from all across Lahore. Daachi foundation who call themselves an artisans village working to promote the arts and crafts in Pakistan were the organizers. The two day event featured outstanding, novel, and inventive craft makers presenting one-of-a-kind art pieces. Most of the items were hand-made and the exhibition was more than just a display as it reflected the complete customs and legacy of this stunning part of the world. Many people, young and old, could be witnessed lauding DAACHI for their efforts in promoting the magnificent craft that we own.
