With a burgeoning population and literacy rate down to 58%, the private sector has burst through the clouds of bureaucratic ineptitude, to make creative contributions in cinema, theater, art and music. Sports and the environment floundered, as they required institutional support and intelligent policies by the government.
There will be a weekly uploading of the articles as a slideshow, starting from the 1st of August. A talented group of our free lancers, each one a specialist in their fields, will be giving their analyses and assessments on each of these topics.
